Myrtle Beach - Who is helping locally?

I plan to clean 1 or two good sized AC package units for instructional purposes at the RT.

I'd like to use two scrap units if possible. I need to know if there is anyone local with a flatbed trailer who can bring the units to the RT once I locate where to get them.

I'd also need a pumpup sprayer and some caustic.

Any volunteers?

Guy, at least 6' wide by 12' long more than likely.

A 5-ton unit will fit on that trailer, maybe 2 but a larger trailer would be better so there is more room to work on the unit for the demo.

Maybe an A/C company that just pulled one off a roof of a commercial building should have some.

Tell them that they will get it back, cleaner than when you took it, it is for a "show and tell". hahahahaha

Ron, do you know anyone in MB that can locate one??? If so I can get a trailer and get it to the RT.

Its seems not....all partys in MB are very strong about not helping. LOL

We are making the best of this..

Guy, how far from MB are you?

Do you think that you could get a local company to let us use one of their units that came off a roof?

If you don't feel comfortable asking them, pm or email me a list of the a/c companies in your area and I can call them or Tony can call, either way they will get their unit back for the scrap metal value of copper and metal and steel which is not too high anymore. We will clean it up for them, maybe that will bring a better price for clean metal? hahahahaha

Thanks Guy,

I have two calls in to HVAC companies to loan us two broken units. I'll post back here when I get confirmation
