bank cleaning contract

right now i am 99% residential and the only commercial account i have pays me with gift coupons to eat there. i have a couple of banks from the same branch that are asking me to give them a quote on washing the building. the sidewalks still look good but naturally the drive thru's will need to be cleaned also. i have so many thoughts going though my mind on this one. i have been asked to give a price on just washing the building and then one including a maintenance contract. i am not even sure how often a drive thru should be cleaned. each bank has 2 to 3 drive thru's and an atm machine. if you guys have some input on this one or would like to call me please know that i will definitely appreciate it.

Cleaning Banks

they clean them here on a quarterly,but havent ventured that route yet its on my list

I just inked a new deal with a local bank to clean 6 branches four times a year in 2010, which is an improvement from 2009 where I cleaned 4 of them just 3 times a year. They want dual pricing: (1) cost for drive-thru plus canopy only (4 lanes plus ATM lane); and (2) drive-thrus plus building and sidewalks. Three to four of the branches will have the building cleaned just twice during the year, but all will have drive-thrus 4 times per year. I love banks and am trying to add others to my client list.
