Removing varnish from Teak

What method do you recommend for removing varnish off of Teak? Do I need hot water or a combination of hot and chemical? I only have 160 ft x 1ft section on a a boat.
 
Low pressure - NO HOT WATER. There's a great MEK product that we us and get from Florida - give us a call -

Or there's always a heat gun and putty knife.:crazy_pilot:
 
It realy works

Many years ago I redid my fathers boat deck. Someone told me about stripping the old varnish with a peice of glass. It actually worked really well. An old window provided a nice peice of glass with a bit of a curved side. Use the curved side to scrap across and you will find the varnish comes up without hurting the wood at all. Give it a try, I think you will find it rather amazing. I did. Was easy and did a really good job.
