Dead Modified Delavan Request

Anyone want to send a dead, modified 12V to our staff electrician? We will pay for shipping and in exchange, we will give you a great deal on the pump of your choice.

We are looking for the 'modifications' to the 'pump casing'. The stator and armature can't be modified as far as we are concerned. There are very limited options for modifications with an increase in price and extension of the warranty.

Come on guys! You asked her on another forum about modified 12V pumps so she wants to know how you modified them so she can give you what you asked you turn around treat her this way. Lori if I had pump to send you I would but do not have one at this time but I will be getting my stuff from you not fare from my home take small drive to your shop.

Very true. Good points Chris.

Guys at least she is being upfront about wanting to see what mods have been done to the pump. Actually if she or anyone else wanted to all they would have to do is buy one and take it apart to find out. Providing that they knew what the heck they were looking at (which she does).


Me personally,,, I don't think any modifications have been made to the pump by anyone. The last and only thing I ever heard was that Bob was now selling them with a cooling fan attached. I'm not sure how much good that would do either considering the pumps heat up from the inside out and down here all you would be doing is blowing Hot air around on it. WOW! Blowing Hot Air! Now that's something never seen before on any BB's. Hahaha!

She does not want to know how we modified them. Shem wants to know how Bob modifies them. She basically called him a liar in her post. If she gives you great service, that is fine. I have not and will not buy from the company because of her.

Are we talking about the same Bob? The guy who won't even sell you an extra nozzle if he thinks you may not need it?

And then are we comparing the man with a track record proved thousands of times to a company that asks Bob's loyal customers to undermine his efforts so they could get a competitive edge? Are you kidding me, Chris? I don't know Lori. She may be the nicest, well intentioned person out there. Her company could be the definition of perfect customer service. This thread is in poor taste. That's my opinion. I'm not asking anyone to agree with that opinion.
 
Great job, Russ. That is one of the reasons why I wont post over here anymore because of all the negativity. Keep up the great job your doing Lori. There are people on here that will value your services. For the people who dont. There loss.

This is a new all time low, and the last straw for me.

John - CLEARLY since the posts were moved, PWI does NOT condone it. What else would you want us to do?

A distributor asking for a competitor's product so they can copy the modifications, looks like that's ok with you guys.
