Historic building washing

I got a call today from a local historic preservation society about washing two 2 story red brick buildings. The kicker to this is that they only wanted "steam"!! I sent him to Youtube to see some soft washing video but he was still dead set on using only steam. Any one ever heard of steaming a building?? I can't even imagine how long that would take.

many of the older brick bldgs like in NY City are soooooo black that they have crews come in to steam clean them. You wanna talk about big rigs!!!

I've done a couple restoration projects in the last 4 months for the Phoenix Historical Preservation agency. Max pressure is 600 psi, always a ph neutral detergent, test panels of every area and photographs before, during, 24 hours after, 48 hours after then meet with the rep from the Historical Preservation agency to get her blessing.

Can be a real pain in the south end, but pays well. We did Phoenix's Mayor Phil Gordon's new home a couple months ago. Little does he know how much I despise him and his sanctuary city policies. I charged him double.
