Ok guys I needed an overhaul and more professional apperance. Please run through the site and note changes you would personally make as well as ideas of new things you would like to see. I am still hesitant to offer my pricing on the site however it may increase pricing in the area as well as weed out the price shoppers all in the same. Ideas on that? is it a :nono:

First off, this is a VERY PROFESSIONAL looking site. Most property managers and building owners don't care so much about flashy stuff and just want simple answers quickly. This site does that.

It just looks great Chris.

With that said, there are a few confusing areas in the wording and a couple of other things:

1) Can't find a home button or any way to get back to the first page.
2) Our service area extends greatly for large account with multiple locations.I think that's supposed to say "accounts".
3) we look forward to meeting with you at your property and demonstrate what our services can do for you. Seems like it should say "to demonstrate" or "and to demonstrate".
4) Beware of fly-by night pressure washing businesses I think it is supposed to have another dash i.e. "fly-by-night".
5) offering to clean for less than half the price of our services. I think I would change that to "substantially less than" because a moron might think you are charging twice what he can get it for elsewhere, and do more shopping around, instead of just going ahead and calling an scheduling with you while on the site.
6) and more often than not do more damage then cleaning. "Then" should be "than".
7) On the gas station page - Currently servicing several stations throughout the state. - I'm not so sure I'd leave that sentence in. It gave me the impression that you service 4 or 5 stations and if I owned a chain I might be put off by that.

Otherwise it looks great! The pictures look great. I like the way the pictures pop up on the middle of the screen and you can exit out of them and be back right where you started from.

Thanks for the compliments the text is not quite right and I am in the process of rewriting it All. When I get back I plan on finishing it and I will repost for more input

I would suggest for rankings that the side options say "cleaning" behind them. Like "Restaurant Cleaning" instead of just "Restaurants". I love the layout. Simple, professional, and informative! Studio Tidal has good work.

It looks good Chris. In my opinion I would not have pricing on there. One of your biggest assets and selling tools is YOU. If people already have a price they probably may not call you unless you have the best price and it does not give you the opportunity to speak with them and sell yourself and justify your price or allow you to up sell. Overall first class

I know Russ has pricing in his and he's very successful, but I would take out the pricing.

Just my opinion

Yo, Chris I cant see the web off the link.

Chris,
The site looks great. I just redid mine as well, and opted to put some pricing on there. I'm not really worried about competitors seeing my prices at all. In fact, I hope they do, and realize that they could be making more money. Potential customers like to have an idea on price before having to deal with price shopping several companies. Many times, being up front about cost will win you accounts.

Site is now live

The new site is up and live, for some reason homeowners still don't get the hint. I don't do house washes or drive-ways but they still call and ask if I can wash their house when its 50* outside.
