Cleaning white vinyl with Soft wash

Anyone know of a mixture I could downstream or upstream strong enough to kill mold off white painted steel siding. Sounds like a newbie question but we rarely ever wash houses or buildings and have about 25 to wash for the government. We got started this week and with a lift and two guys, its taking too much scrubbing and high pressure to get it off. No cameras are allowed anywhere near this particular facility. Any help appreciated.

We do lots of house, mostly vinyl but the cleaning method is the same. We mix about 1 ga lof 12% bleach, 4 gal water and some soap and apply with a M5 jet. To down stream I think the guys use 50-50 bleach and water and down stream. Let it dwell a few min and the mold will turn black and Then just rinse the dirt off. No need for high pressure or scrubbing. We have started using the Zeta Udor on the houses mostly now.
With the house being close without having to travel, you should be able to do 4 -2000 sq foot houses a day if not 5.
    Good luck

If you're going to downstream it, you have to know how much your injecter is drawing and mix appropreatly. I get about 10 - 1 from my injecter and mix 4 gal of SH with 1 gal of water / detergent. The SH is about .8 % when it hits the siding. You should wet the the grass and plants so they don't turn brown.
