Lightning Gene put up a post this morning on the UAMCC board relating his experience with TWS and noting the fact TWS has stated they are NOT coming forth with any JITB work. (whether this means they are not sending any work to Gene only or not sending any work to UAMCC members was not specified.)

Gene stated he was tired of their lies and JITB should be now open for contractors to contact individual managers for work.

Those of you who know Gene know he's a great guy and has been and still is a staunch supporter of the UAMCC. He's also not a guy known to throw a bunch of crap out there without reason.

The post only lasted a few minutes before it was removed/censored.

Transparency. Contractors for contractors. This all sounds good until it is put to the test. Don't get in the way of the "ship that has already set sail" Gene.

funny Tony, I have sat here on the pier and watched the ship set sail aqnd the bump into some stuff and it appears to have a cracked hull, seems to be sinking from my view point too!

Naysayer!!! :lmao:

Watch out for them Pirates !! They will hijack threads and hold Elmo hostage!!

When I read this post, I was dissapointed to hear that this thread would have been removed. You almost had me thinking twice about the UAMCC.

Instead I went on the UAMCC board and searched for the thread and it is still up. I found it by searching for Jack in the box.

That's good its still up.....Maybe it was there all long or maybe it was re-posted.
Anyway there has been may that have been taken down.

If you wanna see for yourself ask a real hard question.....Ask about financially statements on there. I am sure if you keep asking it will come down if you are persistent with the issue. I was told I was bashing the org...........I'm not, I just want a truly transparent national org to belong too. ITS FAR FROM IT.......it is however a great business.

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. Transparent procedures include open meetings, financial disclosure statements, the freedom of information legislation, budgetary review, audits, etc.

Yep still there, right where Lighting Gene posted it. Just goes to show what you can believe on this board

Doug if it was posted in a public area and them moved some of us can not see it.

Curtis and I had the same results and neither one of us has a reason to lie.An since you basically called Tony,Curtis and myself liars why don't you hop your azz on over to the Ucorp site and bring us back a link so everyone can see they transparency.

Somebody that see's this post please post the link....I don't see it.
Then again you might have to ask first......Don't get into trouble. lol

You CANNOT see the thread if you are not logged in at all. If you log in as a Contractor Member, it is there. Where it started, I don't know. We can see Member areas and I don't know which forums are for BBS members versus Org Members.
