FREE Pressure Washing Class at NOLA RT!

FREE Pressure Washing Class at NOLA RT!

Did you need just one more reason to come to the New Orleans Networking Event? How about a free class on setting up a successful power washing business or adding power washing and roof cleaning to your existing business?

Introduction To Pressure Washing For Contractors

Starting with the basics of setting up a company and an office, we guide you through how to select and buy the right equipment for the work you do, how to set up a contractor-friendly pressure wash rig, basic cleaning techniques, the chemistry of cleaning, the environmental compliance aspect of cleaning, marketing your services, scheduling jobs, creating a business plan, and understanding a P & L.

From that point in our journey we give the student a look at how to do some typical residential and small commercial specialties like house & building washing, roof cleaning, and deck restoration. This is a fast-paced course designed to give a student a full range of information useful to contractors. The focus of this course is building a profitable, professional company. Other in-depth courses are available in specific specialties such as Environmental Cleaning and Deck Restoration through Alliance Training. Students will receive a Certificate of Completion for this course, which is an excellent marketing tool for any business.

The class will start at 9:00 AM and take most of the day to complete. The normal tuition for this class is $199, but the entire tuition is being sponsored by Sun Brite Supply so the class is FREE for all students.

Class space is limited to 12 CONTRACTORS. To register, please call Nichole at 877-5-SUPPLY.

Not always Nick, this speaker will tell us about how they determine choices. Some of these rfp have time required witch is on your side.

I have allowed myself to stayvout of this process because of lowball frustrations.

It's about the selections of rfps.

Back in the day when i did alot of City work, it was about your ability and quality of your work. I finally stopped bidding on City work after years of losing to the Low Bidder, this is my experiance and all cities may not be the same.

Yeah, this is a government employee with a 30 minute Power Point on what they need. They wouldn't go to the trouble if it's just price.

Hey Thad, have you ever bid on, and won any City RFP's ? Just wondering because I would be very intrested to hear how many here have done this type of work and what was the criteria that actually won them the bid over their competition.

No, never tried because I didn't know where to start.
That's why I'm stoked about this speaker. She wouldn't bother to speak to different contractor groups about what they're looking for if it was just 'lowest price'.
