Roof Clean USA hits # 1 on Google first page for GA Roof Cleaning

Roof Clean USA

New member
Roof Cleaning Brothers,

I hope to encourage the newbie roof cleaner by writing this article.

If your new to non pressure roof cleaning, stick around, its a great profession and one that is a lot of fun as well as pays the bills!

Sometimes you can't put a face with the name and we think someone is super human to achieve top of the heap, SEO rankings for their roof cleaning business.

Well I am here to tell you that Roof Clean USA was built from scratch and if I can do it, you can to!

I am just an average guy with no super duper degree in computer science or any other super special roof cleaning "magic".

I just decided long ago, that what I couldn't make up in strength or good looks, I would make it a POINT to make up in working smarter and harder, for longer
periods than most others are willing to put in the time to do.

I am David Westerman, and I am a ROOF Cleaner's, Roof Cleaner, just like you.

But, like you, with a lot of sheer guts and determination and willingness to LEARN, I have achieved things some others, most others, only DREAM about.

It's all about a word I call "STICK-To-IT-ive-Ness"

You can do anything I have been able to achieve. Believe it and YOU CAN achieve it.

I am writing this to encourage all of you that you can do this too!

Roof Clean USA #1 has ACHIEVED a written GOAL that was , at first just a DREAM.

We have just recently moved up, starting from page 16 to....

Being on FIRST page of Google for GA Roof Cleaning !

We did this organically.

By sheer determination.

Our GOAL of ranking highly without the use of high cost SEO black hat magic, thru creative writing and online consistency, is now a reality.

To make it clear, this #1 ranking is not for our business name, Roof Clean USA which is easy to do.

But for the Keywords for our state :

Type in GA ROOF CLEANING in Google Search and we should be ON top.

Hopefully you see this too or I am going to be a little embarrassed?

If you do see this then you understand the reason for this shameless self promotion. I work extremely hard to get there!

To rise in the SE rankings for our entire state it has taken a lot of late nights , early mornings and typing till I am blue in BOTH the fingers and "rear end" from sitting for long periods, reading up on SEO and writing in my blogs about my experiences in the pressure cleaning and roof cleaning cleaning sector.

(I would rather be cleaning roofs! but Rome wasn't built in a day!) More business will eventually come.

A hint on how I did it? Commitment to Consistency CREATES FIRST PAGE ranking for GA ROOF CLEANING

Now we just need to get the non preesure roof cleaning work coming in every day, not sporadically.

Being in a smaller demographic and coming from a much larger one.

It is still hard to get use to 24,000 homeowners in my town vs. 2.4 million of them

Its the TRADE OFF........ for the MAGIC WORDS : Quality OF LIFE.

Traffic in my small town stops at 11pm weekends, 9pm weekdays.

The lifestyle is slow, but predictable. Yes, I am still struggling to get work, just like most of you are.

And no, we don't do the roofs like we could do in a major metro area, we don't sit in traffic for 2-3 hours just getting from and to roof cleaning jobs which was never fun

I have been working on where I am at now, for my ENTIRE adult life. I didn't know 25 years ago, the lessons and sacrifices and challenges I have personally had to overcome, financially and in terms of health to gain the non pressure roof cleaning, pressure washing, and soft wash , house washing knowledge I have overnight.

One thing, its good to know, for me and my company, Roof Clean USA in Thomasville, GA anyway, is that even though Roof Clean USA may be the largest of the roof non pressure cleaning operations in the USA, we are one of the finest, in terms of cleaning process and end result for the residential or commercial property owner.

Roof Clean USA takes extreme care and pride in preparing and properly cleaning EACH and EVERY property we EVER had the privilege and opportunity to perform roof cleaning, soft washing or hard area concrete surface cleaning work on.

We treat each and every customer like family and really do care about there needs and concerns. Roof Clean USA cleans roofs the way they should be cleaned, safely and using the latest equipment and technology to get the maximum roof cleaning result with minimal environmental impact . We take great care to protect, plants , landscape and do the beast pre-spray prep work and post cleaning cleanup we have ever seen in our roof cleaning industry.

That is what separates us from the "splash and dash roof cleaning cowboys"

If you are a homeowner reading this article, give us a call, and, if you are a new roof cleaner needing help or advice, shoot me a e-mail anytime and i will help where I can.:thank_you2:

Happy Holidays Everyone!

FYI,

I spoke with Ron M. on the phone recently and he encouraged me to post our Roof Cleaning and Soft Washing site here, so, here goes?

NEW Roof Cleaners and Seasoned Pro's,

We have a Roof Cleaners Association (BIG plans and growth still in the works for 2010) called the American Roof Cleaners Association that is kicking off pretty well.

There is a lot of useful roof cleaning marketing knowledge floating around and great hints, tips and ideas for making your 2010 roof cleaning season a banner year?

So, if you all have heard about it yet I am letting you know that here is a informal invitation.

Its getting to be a lot of fun and there are a whole crew of terrific folks contributing to a tremendous roof cleaning knowledge base.

The web address is http://www.a-r-c-a.com

The acronym stands for the American Roof Cleaners Association

A-R-C-A.com%20Logo-American%20Roof%20cleaners%20Association%20Eagle%20and%20Flag-Condensed%20Version.jpg

We do have a lot of forum areas that are open to read all about non pressure roof cleaning topics and techniques plus, there are other areas that are closed to the general public so you can exchange ideas that may not be suitable for the homeowner to know everything about or for things you may only want to discuss in private with specific friends in the roof cleaning industry? Additionally we have PM and chat features?

If any one wants to participate with us in the growing and expansion of this great organization.

Sign up, roll up your sleeves and pitch in, we would enjoy having you!

Hi Thad,

Hey Buddy, How are you?

Happy Holidays to you and Family?

To answer, it is an entirely different forum and organization separate from the RCIA.

I started this up about 3 months ago and in that time we have developed a respectable group of knowledgeable roof cleaners with emphasis on establishing a recognized STANDARD in the Roof cleaning industry and a respected credential system for ongoing exterior cleaning knowledge.

We now have over 1,650 posts and 47,000 visits in just 3 months to the American Roof Cleaners Association forum.

We are growing and are looking forward to a GREAT 2010.

Good job though getting the #1 spot, Chris helped me get there with some good sound advice.

If you add Indiana to the search Barry beats us every time.
