Dear CETA Members,
October 7, 2008, the gavel was passed from Barry Milstead to me, which marked the beginning of my tenure as the Cleaning Equipment Trade Association's President. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you what my goals are for the next year. However, before I get into the future, I need to revisit the past.
This past year, CETA has undergone many changes in an effort to increase the value and service provided to our association membership. In 2008, the association introduced the CETA University Audio Education Series. In addition, the CETA Board has undertaken a dynamic new Industry Benchmarking program that was huge success during its introduction at PowerClean 2008. The results of the yearly Benchmarking Survey will be sent to all participating members. This Survey promises to be a large part of an evolving, valuable business evaluation and planning tool.
