Let discuss the great things the PWNA has on the table.

The benifits?

The convention in Columbus.

The possible way to actually get work thru the org.

The Strong networking.

The Certifications they have.

The open line to Million dollar contractors willing to share industry knowledge.

Let discuss the great things the PWNA has on the table.

The benifits?Marketing your membership!!! This seems to me the biggest benefits of joining these orgs that you have them in all of your advertisement.

The convention in Columbus.I've been to a PWNA Convention in the past at Columbus Ohio. It was one of the best conventions I ever been to. I made many contacts and met some older friends there and it was just a great couple of days of learning and networking and of course just hanging out at one of the hotel bars and just having a good time.

The possible way to actually get work thru the org.Thru your networking contacts and also thru there contractor registery. I've recieved one of my bigger jobs thru that way.

The Strong networking.Nothing like networking with guys who have alot of years of exerience and are extremely successful in this field.

The Certifications they have.Another good marketing tool.

The open line to Million dollar contractors willing to share industry knowledge.
This is priceless. Every day either thru text, phone calls, bulletin boards or email I have some kind of contact with most contractors that are similiar to where I'm at but to talk face to face with the multi millionaires in this industry like I said....it is priceless!!

Sounds great!

Tell us more about it.

What's with us Canadians? Is the market so great up here that no one needs to network and learn new tricks? Or am I one of the select few that wants to achieve the multi million dollar level...:big_boss:

I think its wide open

I like to hear some more personal testimonies from people, and how PWNA ha been a benfit to them.
I just joined here this month and would like to know how I can get the most out of it.

All thanks and praise for joining has to go to Paul Horsley!!!

He would be the one that pointed me to the Texas event and the PWNA.
The Texas event was a a great thing for me experience in more than one way!! :)
We will see what the PWNA has for me.
Thanks to Paul and Ron!!!

OK.....I went to the site, read about ethics and enviromental issues. Networking is cool and all but I can get that elsewhere. What are the real benefits? Are there National Contracts, Leads, Information on Bids, etc.

I am all in if there is something that can really be gained from joining, but if it just another org. that people join for a listing on some directory and the chance to put a cool little logo on their website then I am not interested at all.
