Roof Cleaning in Tampa Palms

Here is a roof of a clubhouse we cleaned in Tampa Palms Today. The Property Manager went to lunch and came back and was amazed by the results it was about 15k sq ft we finished in about 3 hours (me spraying and 2 guys watering)! I love Florida's mold!

Sweet! Gotta Love Roof Cleaning jobs like that. At first I thought it was a Shingle Roof until I looked a little closer and realized it was Tile. I'm sure not only the Property Manager was happy with it. I'm sure the residents who use it were happy to see it get Cleaned as well. Great Job bro! :thumbup2:

We have been swamped with commercial roof cleaning work lately, just digging out, cold weather and rain aren;t helping either.
One complex of condo's here in Brandon is all senior citizens who did NOT want their roofs cleaned!
The Condo Association decided to do it, and many residents are angry, making our lives misearable!
They stand outside when the wind blows, just waiting for a speck of roof cleaning chemicals to blow on their car, or property!
They are complaining about everything little thing, geez :nono:

I bid the job fairly low, mainly just to keep my guys working. (we are back to running two roof cleaning trucks again)
I met today with the condo association and flat told them I will STOP cleaning the roofs if it keeps up.
