I made this for property managers so that are not able to give me the ok to send it or not. I actually like getting there voicemail. I just leave a message about who I am and why Im calling, and that Im gona be sending a quote in the mail in regaurds to: one of their properties or The properties they manage. I send these once a month and have gotten a few leads and one sale. I started to send these in November.

That's a great idea. I think I would add to it an offer that expires, something to get them to call. "Call before 1/31/10 and the third cleaning is free." or "Call today to receive a quote on all of your properties and save with our discounted volume rate."

I used office depot some for their printing too, but then they had a color laser printer on sale. I've found that to be the cheapest way to print when you're printing different flyers.

are you guys having much success getting REITs on 7,15 and 30 day programs?

Jill and Chris are out with the kids so I'll answer that.

What has been happening with the restaurants is they want him to do a one-time service at the rate on that sheet. So he does. Then he keeps going back in person and usually gets a 30 day first, then later some of them have switched to 15 and one is now weekly.

I think he's gotten 5 restaurants that started with a one-time cleaning. He also went from one-time, to bi-monthly to monthly on other small retail chain.

Great idea!

Looks real good guys.

Just to nitpick (since I'm kind of a grammar snob) the text box regarding the use of 200deg water should read "to ensure". To insure is to manage risk as in insurance, while ensure is to guarantee.
