I say, forget about work, forget about us and just grab your family and have fun. :dance3:

Sounds great need to get out of town . Winter would be better

Yes, but these type of things do not come together in days. At least, not well though out, well planned events

Summertime rates are cheaper, less people and weather isn't that much different. Wife and I went in June for anniversay and then back in August with the kids, awesome time both times.

"Lets get together and feel alright"

I would be interested as it sounds like a cool idea. If the kids stay home, that would be $1200 plus airfare. For two kids added then $2400 + airfare. At that price, the kids would have to stay home. Also, I hear that there are VERY good summer time deals in the Bahamas. Year round great fishing and a nice casino!

I've been to Jamaica a few times. I'm not an all inclusive compound type of traveler. But I highly recommend them to those traveling with children or maybe even spouses. As the streets can be unpredictable as far as crime off the beaten path. But the same can be said for any major US city.

I have always stayed on the cliffs in Negril and frequented Rick's cafe and PeeWee's Bar. You can't beat Rum and Red Stripe.

Stay away from the Crazy Cake!
