Hey guys, I have gotten a good deal on a couple of Hannay Electric Hose reels. These things are monsters! they bout are 1" and 25.5 in from disk to disk. These things are huge! The footprint is 32 in. Remember these are big reels that came off of firetrucks. They would make great supply reels to your tanks since they are 1". You can see in the pic how big they are compared to the folding chair next to it. These both are the same size, just one is Stainless/Aluminum and the other is just a red painted reel. The stainless I need $600 (Retail is close to $2500-$3000 with the fairlead attachment) on and the red one is $400. I would prefer you pick these up because they would cost a fortune to ship because of the weight and size.

Those reels are da bomb.
I bought an old lawn spray truck that had an Electric Hannay Reel on it.
The chlorine ate it up eventually, but it spoils ya, not having to manually reel up 300 foot of hose.
 
Those are nice, I just picked up a red one just like your picture, probably has 100' of 1" hose on it but I need to buy a super swivel for it as it was not on there.

I can't wait until it is in use, cool.

That is a good deal on the stainless steel reel, sure wish I had a need for it.
