Just spoke with a local enviromental specialist today about BPM's. He said that there are some in place but they don't have anyone to enforce it due to the late night hours that pressure washing companies work( I assume he means middle of the night) So my question is why would a honest bussiness person such as myself go to all the effort of buying the correct reclaim equimpment and follow the law when it is a known fact that some companies (in my area) seem to totally disregard all laws regarding this practice? In my point of view the laws are not worth the paper they are written on. Just my two cents!:bash:
