Drive-thru cleaning

Nice, Pretty dam dirty for a 30 day account. Keep up the good work.

What are the best chems for a drive thru?

How's the Ground Force working for you? I'm thinking of buying one. I have a maxima now and I love it.

We love the Ground Force. It was car jacked last year and beat up pretty bad when the guy dropped as he drove across a parking lot before he ran it over.I took it apart and had a local machine shop bend all the wheel struts back into shape and replaced the wheels and it has slowed down since.

I know what Squirt will say, one word .......... CAUSTIC!

Andy you can get it from the same place I saw you the other day, they keep it in stock by the pallet, you can buy it in 50 pound bags.
I second that!! I'm so happy I finally started using Caustic. Works great on the drive thrus! It lasts alot longer too! I get a couple 50lb bags each time.

You should do a local search for a chemical company in your area. Just give a few a call and ask if they have Caustic.

What is the caustic that you guys are talking about? Hydroxide?

I have used Bob's at Pressuretek.com's F-18 which is Hydroxide. When you by it from a chemical supplier do the caustic soda beads come in different strengths? I only know how to mix the F-18 for wood and concrete. How much do you put in a 5'er to downstream for concrete and how much for cleaning and stripping wood?
Thanks
Attila

Attila I wouldn't use caustic for wood unless you buffer it.You would need to add butyl and a surfactant to the help minimize the fuzzy that straight caustic will cause.I would stick with a pre-mixed product for wood resto.
As for cautic on concrete 8oz per gallon with a surfactant will work great.

Thanks! I will stick to Bob's F-18 for wood.
What brand name surfactant is the best to use with the caustic beads for concrete? I'm asking because I don't even know what a surfactant is!!! I just use Bob's stuff, asking you guys questions, listening to you guys, and go do the work, and for the last 5 years I have had great sucess!!:bow-down:
I think I have a pretty good idea what a surfactant is but I'm still not 100% sure.
Thanks
Attila
