I have a bid to do a drivit building. The building has fabric awnings on it & a fabric Bow. What can I use to get the awning and bow clean? The awnings are made of a real tough type of fabric and they are black with white strips, the bows are a deep maroon color. I am worried about fading the material. The building has mold on it and I will use my house wash mix for that.

You can purchase awning cleaner at any RV store. The good quality stuff has UV and UA protections added. Or, what I have used numerous time with great results is a 50/50 mixture of Simple Green. Rinse thoroughly, then rinse again.
 
Ditto on the simple green, we just did some canopies at one of the Subways we do and it worked awesome.
 
What about the SH in the housewash mix getting on the awnings and bow. It's hard not to hit them. Would I pre wet them then soap the building?

You answered your own question. Keep the fabric soaking wet, no problems.
 
That's what I thought! I just needed that reasuring!:D
