The Blue Water Filter is an adjustable drain Inlet filter, which blocks, sediment, oils, gasoline, diesel, and approximately 500 other chemicals from entering the drain inlet. There are four seperate replaceable filter modules making up this filter, each will absorb 3 to 5 gallons of oil, fuel etc. The filter media is hydrophobic and will not absorb water so the water will flow through the filter and in to the drain, while up to 500 different chemicals are absorbed in the filter.
