Sub Contractor form help.

Anyone willing to share their sub-contractor form with me?

Mine is 16 pages long, the amplified version.

Anything short and sweet and to the point out there?

Thanks

Nope. But did u ever hear from Mrs. Blake out in Fulshear? I told her you may not gothat far, umight know someone else out that way.

Yeah man, coffee is on me. I have her weaved in. Just need to get passed the next wave. I had planned on touching base with you, just don't know when.
First day I have had in a while to breath.

I was a bit relieved to have a cancellation this morning, just to not be physical.
Not to mention botched up chem deliveries and subs with more problems than abilities are trying to make their problems my problems. No room for that mess.

I'm stuck between turning the phone off or cutting my head off, one of the 2.
I hadn't forgot about the ref.

Honestly,
Stay with the long form, if it is not covered you might end up in a court to make the decision if it was not addressed in the agreement.

Great point as well.
At least the "long" form has everything imaginable covered.

Was just hoping for something a bit condensed.

Chris, let me get all the pages scanned.

I have made some changes on my copies.

But will scan the copies from the contractor that gave it to me a few years ago.

You will have to revamp it with your company info.

Chris, here is a short version 6 pg.
But, covers a bunch.

Another version is for subbing deck builds and repairs. Not useful for cleaning subs.
Which I am still trying to locate hard copies.
