Template/Layout issue

To all I have not met in person to those I've recently got to know at the KY Roundtable in Lexington, my name is Ryan and I have recently started my own pressure washing business.

I have gotten my logo professionally designed by a company in London. They've done a great job and have given me several formats of the picture. My only question is this:

What websites have the best quality at the lowest price for making layouts and templates for flyers, brochures, etc. What kind of paper do you guys recommend ordering as well.

You can try Microsoft Publisher, but I actually create and order mine from vistaprint.com.
