Dirty Dining in the USA

Dirty Dining Tucson

Dirty Dining in the desert...

Here's an example of when Pressure Washing in Tucson is needed....

A national chain. We did the free demo and removed lots of grease. They went out and bought a couple pressure washers for employees to use, AFTER I educated them on possible property damage, employee injury, etc., from doing it themselves. Not to mention NO HOT WATER. :banghead:
Hopefully I'll get a call when they realize the difficulty of what they are undertaking. Pressure washing is not a high dollar expense for restaurants. Image is everything. It is not something that should be cut out of the budgets to save a few dollars.

That problem is all over the country, you can educate them over and over and over but for some reason they did not listen. Either they did not care, did not listen or maybe did not totally understand on how to properly clean without liability.

Something happened here in the selling process. Something gave them the idea that they could clean with cold water and that they could clean it themselves and obviously they were not worried about the liability of using a pressure washer or having their employees using a pressure washer without proper training.

If this can be overcome, it would make selling jobs a lot easier.

Maybe Ron has some great advice for this particular situation and how to educate them or how to sell to these kind of customers?

Ron?

Liability reduction is always at the top of the list. Having a pro service will save them money regardless of there attempts to do themselves. Putting these costs on paper and showing them reducing times and cost in labor and chems are important. Often a busy fm doesn't know his janitor kid. Is using 700 dollars in chems a month. Spending 3 hours outside every other day. A pro service can reduce these cost , look better and save money and time that could be spent wisely.

I don't know if the just run towards the dumpster and hurl the fryer oil at the bin but it looks like this Every Month, puddles of oil.
