Hows it going fellas just wanted to bring yall back down memory lane If you remember the first job you did for $ 4 figures share your memory what was the job you did and how you felt getting that first $ 4 figure payday......

If I remember correctly it was for a hurricane shutter removal job and building wash. Found me in the yellow pages. $2900.00. We still install and remove them each hurricane season.

One of the first roofs we did about $1,200 in jan 08. My first exciting 4 figure was $5500 for 1 days worth of cleaning a clubhouse for an old folks community.

Cleaned a deck at a bar in south padre island in 7/04. First big deck i ever did i think it was around 40' x 60'+ railing and stairs $3600.00 it was over the water couldnt use chems at all. I had to wand it all with at 1k psi for 4days non stop sun up to sun down in the So. TX. summer sun. I havent done a deck for money since then.
(didnt know what i had got myself into)

Hmm, for pressure washing, I think the first four figure job I did was for washing trucks, $2000 for a days work. My first 5 figure job was $17k about 12 years ago cleaning concrete at a location where, if I told you, I would have to kill you. The funny thing is that they had another contractor under contract, but he was doing a lousy job, so they called me to clean it up for four times his price. Crazy stuff was happening. There is nothing like getting paid to reclean an area while the concrete is still wet from another contractor.

I had done many house and roof wash combos the were 4 figure, but the first 4 figure job I did that made a difference was the 1st townhome community I was asked to do. It was 10 easy buildings for i think $2200, I did it with me and my brother in law as a helper in a day and a half with one 4gpm machine and Xjet

Look at me now. I'm the flipping CONDO KING.....LOL

But really after I finished that job, I knew I wanted to do more condo work

Rock on, Life is Good!!!!!!!!!

First 4 figure job ever done was in 1986, Installing a compactor in a Pathmark grocery store.

First 5 figure job was ??? don't rember.

First 6 figure job was in Orlando Fla. I think 1998 or 99. It used to be the Harley Hotel, I did the ornamental Iron there along with building the entry drive through. Last I heard it was called 4 points Sheraton across the street from Lake Eola.

Divorce ended that business.

1988 2color printing job for a law firm. 2500 letter heads, and envlopes. $2800. The color of the stock was Bhia Blue. 6hr job. Pms 423, 199 (grey and red) I payed over 400 for the paper and sweating it would come out good. The press was a muilti 1250 I payed $500 for it. It ran good.

I used to run a Multi 1250 too. Was in the printing industry for 20 years and had our own shop for about 3 years. I miss it sometimes.

I'm doing a few more 4 and 5 figure jobs that are coming up real soon. they haven't called yet and their buildings are not yet dirty but I'm sure I will get them. Hahaha! J/K... Actually got the the news last week that I got a $17k job which we will be done this summer for a community. I also got a $4K job coming up in a couple of weeks. To quote Jeff ....Life is good! :yeah:

December 2008 (3 months after starting business) I cleaned a small 16-room inn on the marina for $1,500. Two days of work and I thought I finally hit paydirt! Now, $2,500 to $4,500 jobs are common.
