New Trailer

Well after reading the forums for about 3 months I have finally made up my mind on equipment selection. Just received this trailer and to my surprise it almost matches the color of my truck. It's a 6x12 tandem with a v-nose. I will be putting up pics of my step by step install all the way through. These pics are of the trailer. Priming and painting, both herculiner and an epoxy paint on the walls. Let me know what you think. I will get it lettered soon.

Nice Matt, did you do one or two coats of epoxy on the walls. I did my walls with epoxy its held up real well for 4 years, but I have had to replace 1/3 of the floor and some small parts of the wall where I keep 12%, I have Line X on it but 12% will eat anything over time

Good luck keep the pics coming

Thanks, I managed to build some shelving today and I mounted 2 reels. Still have to prime and paint the shelves and a lot more mounting to do. Here are a few more pics.

Some more pics

I have made a little progress on my new trailer. Still have to mount the tanks and plumb everything. I have it temporarily set up to play around with but it's not complete for those of you that think I may be crazy seeing how some of my stuff is set up. ha Any suggestions are welcome. Let me know what you think so far.

VERY nice set up....where is the water tank going to go and are you planning on getting a hot water unit?

The tanks are going in the middle right above the axles. I am really focusing on residential so I am not running hot water yet. That may be something to add down the road. I just got a small 35 gallon chem tank and a 65 gallon water tank. I figured if I stick with the residential market I will have a hook up so the water tank is just a buffer. I really wanted this trailer specifically for residential, if I grow fast I may set up an entirely different trailer for hot water and the commercial market. This is all pretty new to me but I tried to do my homework before I started...haha Any suggestions? I know it gets kinda tight where the tanks are going. I have the trailer kinda divided between front (prep and misc area) and rear (business end).

More Pictures of the Progress

I have made some progress to my new trailer. It has been awhile since I updated this thread but luckily I have been busy using the trailer.

You can take those steps when the time comes. Heck, I pulled my hot water skid off of our trailer and used the engine and a bigger pump to make a low pressure washer. I got tired of hauling extra weight that I dont need for Resi.
