I've been in this industry since 1984, and as a member of CETA and PWNA for .. since .. IDK .. they began..
I have never before enjoyed such professionalism in this industry, as the show that Ron runs..
he's tough, but a great manager, and with his leadership, we can only "raise the bar" on this industry, to greatness.. allow me to explain..
Most of us "fell-in-to" this industry. ..or "did a little rsearch", maybe had a friend,
and were a bit hungry. ..I know a lot of you. Eh?
If you didn't make it to the last NCA event, get off your butt to the next, and be prepared for it.. you find what you look for in opportunity, and (finally) BIG opportunity is alive, breathing deeply, and is prepared..
Industry standards are finally being set, meticulous training is finally available for contract cleaners that can make a real difference in YOUR profitability.
I happen to stand-out through an unusual combination of experience, and education. So, with my gut-determination(aka hunger), I will excell, and succeed here.
But many of you have struggled though a lack of knowlege, or "access" in one form or another..
TODAY is the day to change ALL that.
An "entrepreneur" HAS TO wear several hats..
you need to be able to sell,
provide service,
and manage people, and more..
That's quite a "chunk to chew" ..and then you want to have employees !??
The better training you can get, the better you will "survive" the playing field we call this cleaning industry.
Life isn't all "peaches 'n' cream". Eh?

So,
sign up with the association, follow the educational lead,
keep you mind open,
and focus on "sharpening ALL your tools"..
better performance for your dollar in equipment, employees,
AND customers..
there is no beter time than the middle of a redcession to hire better employees, better accountant,
a better service-center, and buy equipment that is reliable,

"performance for the dollar", and EASY to service.
I mean look at ALL the weakness in your business,
go "beyond yourself" by keeping an open mind,
and KOW YOUR INDUSTRY !!!!!!!
Epecially when you have people like Ron preparing, and "serving it up sizzling" like he is.
Enjoy the ride,
but DEFINITELY ..
Get on this bus. Eh?
I had a GREAT weekend in Tampa.
Thank you Ron.

I look forward to a long, and prosperous relationship with this amazing, and fast-growing industry.

Great post, Jerry.

Oh, and it's NCE.

Great info Jerry, Thank You.

It was great talking to you at the event.

Nice to finally meet you Jerry! Some of the RCIA Guys asked me if I knew anything about Recovery ?
I tell them I have quit drinking for a week or two, from time to time. Seriously, please come over to the RCIA, and post your stuff ? And keep in mind what we talked about for us roof cleaners ? The RCIA link is in my signature.

As usual Jerry was a wealth of information. Chris almost took the Jerry's demo system home, but we determined that we need another skid first and we want a gas powered vacuum system.

Thanks for all the education you bring to the table Jerry!

Chris, I don't know what to say about you bro. You've got a sense of humor that keeps everyone cracked up but you're a serious businessman. I expected you to be about 6ft 4 and intimidating (Like Russ). But you were only 6 ft 3 and only slightly intimidating. :)

It was great to finally meet you. Next time we'll have to cross paths more for the evening party stuff. I'm always up for a challenge! (Except I will not challenge Jeff Lecours - His partying aint natural. Man wasn't meant to party that long without chemicals.)

I had such a great time..
...Y'all 'er great people !
There just wasn't enough time to spend with you guys,
so I'll keep coming back, and so see you in Charleston !!

also.. I will be seeing you, as much as I can in the boards..
including RCIA.

I love my work,
I aim to be your favorite supplier,
and y'all er crazy-fun !

I always thought the partying was about the chemicals? What does a Mormon know???
