Sirocco is having a Wash Water Control boot-camp
in San Diego.. for contract cleaners AND our new dealers

"Sustainable Relationships" require you to gather legal and other information,
not only for compliance, but contract opportunities.
New equipment opens doors to greater Work-Speed, simpler compliance, and new markets.
You all have asked quality questions, and have quite predictable needs,
but this industry has given you "limited response"..
Now, you will be able to see WHAT is expected of you, in a sustainable context,
HOW to match equipment to the jobsite,
HOW to configure modular systems for efficiency,
HOW to have reliability and manageable BMP's without confusion.
all in a 2 day bootcamp.
On November 5th and 6th, we will be showcasing the latest, "sustainable" BMP's,
how to choose and integrate the Latest equipment and tools,
and how they create opportunity for new markets.
Our Wash Water Control Handbook has provided hundreds of professionals with guideline BMP's.
Now, we are expanding that information to a series of dialogue,
discussion, and demonstrations, for the simple benefit of..
..Sustainable, profit.
The laws are clear, and law "enforcement" is NOT,
but capitalism will gladly pave the way for this industry to unfold and flourish,
..whilst protecting our environment.
Come see us, for a minor fee, in a great city, and leave with tools to grow your business
out of this recession, stronger than ever !

When.. this coming November 5th and 6th,
Where.. San Diego, CA ..site location is being negotiated.
Who.. contract cleaners, our new dealers, and many municipal officials will be invited.
Cost.. $100. per person ($125 after Sept. 10th)

contact us by e-mail at.. Sales@PressureWasher.net

Dealers should call for more specifics.. you'll be glad you did !! :happydance:

Hmmm, San Diego in November - sounds like fun, not to mention we'd love to see you again :)

This sounds like a good idea.

I don't know what you have planned but some demo's showing the equipment in use in DIFFERENT SITUATIONS would be a good idea. This way you can show the system cleaning different surfaces, oily conditions, dirt or muddy conditions and showing how you can separate and re-use the water for each different type of cleaning situation.

Post some info on hotels that are close by, where you will have the event and any other info that will help those that are not from that area.

One of my wifesfavorite places in the world, though she does prefer North County

Wash Water Control Boot Camp

We're on it Chris !
Will we see you here ?? ..is the question..
time is short, and we need a quick head-count to firm-up location.
..So e-mail us THIS week !

The original idea, was to do the first gig for contract cleaners in SoCal,
and show our new dealers HOW to be "poroperly" sell this equipment to you,
but big meeting-rooms are the same cost, when we help sell hotel-rooms,
and a big demo takes the same time as a small one. Eh?
..and interest has already been great, so, here we go !!

About San Diego..
we're aiming at Mission Valley or Mission Bay areas..
close to beaches, parks, Zoo, night-life, etc..
Bring yer sweetie, spend a "long week-end,"
write it off, and learn a LOT !! ..

That sounds like a great event, especially if they are enforcing reclaim/recovery in your areas so you can learn exactly what you will need to do, what equipment is available and how to do it quickly and be compliant.

I would like to make it there, just too early to tell yet.

We'll be giving away..

Ooops !! I almost forgot.. enticements !!..
via a Drawing..
We'll be giving away..
a Vacuuming Surface Cleaner,
VacuBerms,
and Puddle-Suckers !! ..

you Must be present to win.

Those sound like great prizes Jerry!

Freebies always bring in more people from all around the country.

Thanks Jerry.

Update...
most of the response we are getting on this is from dealers..
they are (finally) showing they want to help you guys !
we should all be excited about that !
..the service centers should be "the technical guy" for you
always, and in EVERY way..
the service-guys that actually try to help you, are golden..
that's why I say "respect the tech" (..the one that does help you)
.. You could use the help..
in choosing components,
configuring your system for serviceability,
understanding the "care and feeding"
..it's a LOT of detail that WILL save you time and money directly.
Perfecting your system, is about Profitable "WorkSpeed" Eh?

Hey Jerry--Do you have any dealers on the east coast that sell your equipment and do any of them plan on doing anytype of bootcamp like this?? Also do you sell your equipment to the contractors or do do we purchase it thru other distributors?? I know a of a few distributors such as Envirispec that sells your units.

understanding Wash Water Reclaim

We have had an enormous increase in dealers in the east, in the past 12 months..
Laws are being enforced more persistently there, and all across the USA.
It was a very slow move, over a very long time, but it is now time to get educated
on the details of WashWater Control, the required equipment,
and enviro-responsibility.
I recommend you buy our equipment through "your favorite service center."
..If you are within an hour of a service center, I will require you to purchase through that dealer.
Or, I will give them a credit for the sale in their area...
If they are actively selling our equipment.
Until all our dealers are trained, as best we can,
to have WWC seminars for their local community of cleaning pros,
we are available to answer your questions directly.
My intention, is to prepare dealers as best I can, for the questions you'all ask,
on dealing with the liability issues around StormWater enforcement,
and integrating reclaim equipment into compliance, and profitability.
Contract cleaners need answers that will enable them,
and informative seminars are a easily affordable.
Reclaim is a big step, sometimes doubling the expense in your trucks and trailers,
but new tools and greater workspeed will strengthen your relationship with all your customers.
Our most important customers, are dealers..
They should perpetuate the education I try to give them and every contractor that uses our equipment.
Dealers like EnviroSpec, SunBrite, and SouthSide Equipment, Delux Cleaning Supply and others,
are really appreciated. Contributors to the PWNA comminity, are especially respected leaders..
Robert Henderlighter started a great thing, in his State, and has effectively motivated
the industry movement that exists, in addressing environmental issues,
and in bringing the EPA and minicipalities closer to an understanding of our industry.
Regional WWC meetings, like the ones I'm setting into motion,
will spring-board this movement into a more level playing field,
through a clearer understanding between Contractors, the cities,
and the profitability we all need.
A few of us, have very large investment in education and equipment development for your future.
Answering technical questions in blogs is quite time consuming,
and I believe the "Tech" in this industry is it's Backbone.. What you can do, and how you do it,
are result of conversation that started in our service departments, and showrooms.
As more techs are prepared for understanding your needs, and equipment reliability,
the easier you cleaning professionals can transition to EnviroFriendly, affordably.
The technical-guys are pivotal in helping this industry grow stronger, and more enviroFriendly..
We will all have a "more Sustainable Relationship" within it.
This industry is going to Grow it's way out of this recession.. and Thrive.
Sustainable relationships are "the point"here, and in doing a good job for your customer.
Repeat, and referral business is "a Good crop to sow."
Welcome to the EnviroCleaning Industry, 2010.
Capitolism will pay for protecting our environment.
Let's get it rollin !

Wash Water Control seminar with a "compelling demo".

It went really well..
I didn't get to promote it the way I wanted to, due to a few technical issues,
but..
I had a hand-full of contract cleaners, and another handfull of dealers
on the edge of their seats (most of the time).
I compiled enough information to "write a book" on WWC..
delivered in a 6 hour class.
(I will be condensing it into a 4 to 6 hour class,
or, two 2 hour seminars..
one on WWC, and one on the equipment.)

The equipment demos went on for about 2 hours..
we could have done more in the 2 hours, but the "new equipment"
I rolled out, was jaw-dropping.. Impressive enough to shock a few veterans,
and everyone had to have their turn using each tool..
We cleaned a loading dock and dumpster-pit at the back of a hotel,
and the back entry of the restaurant.. (Tile 'n Grout.)
ALL without a single chemical.
6.5gpm at 4000 psi, instant and total reclaim at 300ft,
completely adjustable pressure, and heat to 250.F
on a 5' x 10' trailer
..and it did a "compelling demo".

I will be doing this again, and again, on a much bigger scale.

Images and video to follow

Jerry, will you be doing anything at the Roundtable that Ron is putting together with Russ J.? What about Phoenix?

Thanks.
