Looks like a complete re-make of my website and if you look on his roof cleaning tab, you will see his professional roof cleaning in action with a surface cleaner. :rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao:

Thats because they know how to stick together on pricing !! they dont compete to be the CHEAPEST P/W in town. Thats also why they have UNIONS up north and none down here. If FL P/W stuck together on pricing we would all be busy and getting top dollar for roof cleaning.:neo:

Beer money for powerwashing does not cut it in New Jersey. The cost of living is too high so you have to make the $$$ for the work. Additionally our season is shorter due to weather so you gotta be able to survive the winter without turning the machines on.......:grin: Oh and I forgot, we are really worth it.......

15 yrs ago we got top dollar down here, then we taught everyone how to do it and showed them at the R/T :smash: Instead of educating them we just trained a bunch of lowballers how to steal roof cleaning from us :eek:k:

I wish I would have thought of this when I lived up north. if I ever move back I will try it up there where people know how to work with each other. I am mostly commercial so it's not such an issue with me but P/W as a whole has been destroyed down here. I am real happy that I dont have to depend on P/W to survive.

Yah! This guy is so full of himself he loses alot of work around here. Green products and a guy standing on a roof with a pressure washer? People around here are well educated on roof cleaning. We do presentations for home owner associations and there managers to educate them. Standard practice, standard products and no gimmicks.
This is why Innovative Pressure Cleaning has cleaned(or treated)over 250 roofs this year alone.
