Wont post any nudes, but I'm serious about getting in shape. Not going to fight or anything but like to get down to 190

I just got below 300 after 8 weeks......mile stone today.

Anyone else to fat, feel free to put the pressure on yourself with me. I will randomly post progress here. This will keep reminding me of the goal.

Its not really about being Fat, its truly about living longer. I like my life a lot and want to make it. If I live as long as my parents I'm half way thru my life.

5 kids and want to see the grand kids graduate highschool.

So I have started hiking and biking. The biking is a bit dangerous so I ride in the desert so I dont hurt anyone. LOL

I have a park close by...

This is funny, I have belonged to a Gym for 8 years. I have never walked thru the door....LOL

I think I'm ready to workout now that I'm below 300...

Its actually been years since I have done any serious training.

I want to lift by summer 1500 in four combined lifts.


I didnt get to side track over the holidays, I do start back with personal trainer this week.
 
I have 120 to go, since My first Weigh in I have lost 50 pounds to date.

I have decided to just go for it all, I'm going for another 110 to bring me to 190.

I starting a Calorie counting app Tony is doing. He is actually getting thin, this trip this week motivated me to lose more weight at a steady pace. It might take a few months or even a year to get there but hey I have the time.

If you're looking for a good calorie counter app MyFitnessPal.com is the one I have been using for the last month. Sets a daily calorie goal for you, helps you track the calories and exercise, and has a great food data base to look up calorie content in food. I love it.
