Our immediate Return is just over 1 in 300. We are getting calls now from flyers we threw 2 months ago so that's hard to track. Most effective advertising we've foamed so far. By far.
 
One of my clients texted me this eve. From the flyers placed out rockin style this weekend he has already had 6 calls.

Scott, there are secrets on how the flyer is laid out. the shape, the bag, the rock, the house it goes on, etc etc etc. My clients are burning this up! There are several RCIA members getting this done as well.

Start small, heck no! I cleaned 27 million in roofs and exteriors. This was by far the best ROI for advertising over the years. The pic above Ron posted. We filled that wall every two weeks with bins of flyers and that wall held about 9,000 flyers.

I'm interested in how many of the 6 are converted in to sales. Were any calls to "come pick up your freaking rocks?"

I'm thinking up here we'd probably get a coupled launched at our trucks. Maybe not. Innovative idea.
 
I get calls from people complaining about a postcard in the mail....can't imagine throwing a bag on their yard
 
I used this method and I got a call from a lady asking if I cleaned roofs, I said yes. She asked if I washed homes, I said yes...she said that her and her husband owned a local no pressure house wash companie. I said, do you need your roof cleaned or your home? She said that she would love to refer roofs to me if I did not wash homes...She wasnt a very nice lady at all....but this method works! No complaints about the rocks, but just locked in a roof and a commercial job today!

When they start chucking them back at ya you know they are REALLY workin then. LOL
 
Ive had some complaints. About 3 out of 10k flyers. Pretty damn good ratio. The good thing is that now they are aware of roof cleaning and wont remember which company threw the rock flyer in a year. Since we're easily found online theres a pretty good chance that we'll at least get a call from them when they're ready.

No downside!!
