Clutch goes out 269K

93 F150 300I6 M5R2 trans Borg Warner transfer case (T-5) did I forget anything?

We're taking it all to the drill press to gain a little more control (not drilling it):nono:

It appears the curvature of the bearing is causing the spring to expand, not allowing to seat. GRRRRR

I was waiting for someone to suggest that. Hit the yard for a wreck and see what you can do. This time of year I bet there are some deals to be had.

You have to speak spanish out here if you are going to a junk yard. It's a rule or something.

Got tower reassembled dropped back into tranny and only have forth.

So I'm leaning toward a rebuild cause now I'm staring at synchro assemblies, cluster gears, shafts, rings, blah, blah blah ,blah...... :scratchhead:

Ok I fell like an idiot, should have seen this right off,
I know the plan of action now........In search of input shaft:blush:

Given the wear on the input shaft, what will the cluster look like.
