Roof Cleaning Rigs Around the World,

they can be bought in yellow, white or black
I think Yellow is the best compromise between UV protection, and seeing how much chemical is in the tank.
Black is best for UV protection, just kind of hard to see into.

Did you paint them tanks or did they come that color?

Back in the 90's and early 2000's the craze was for yellow poly tanks. They did offer better UV protection. Now they are hard to come by.

You aren't looking in the right place.I can take you to at least 2 Ag supply companies that have yellow tanks in any size and shape you want.

The Flo Jet air pumps Bob sells for roof cleaning are great, and inexpensive too Lou.
Used compressors are easy to find on Craigslist and Pawn Shops.
Look for a 5 or more HP Honda motor, and either dual tank wheel barrow style or Hot Dog single tank style. Mobil One Synthetic Oil used in the compressor pump really works well, as well as in the gas engine.

Roller pumps and ceramic piston pumps rule. I have had all different types over the last decade or so, and dollar for dollar NOTHING compares in terms of price vs reliability to either a roller pump or a ceramic piston pump.

I think that we have pumped more gallons through our pumps them most and I cant ever remember a big problem.

which roller pump or ceramic piston pump do you use? this year lou is switching over from roller pumps. maybe he know something that you don't and will share with us.

thanks joe,

rando
