You know you have hired the right kind of people for your team, when they pool together and get you a gift card at the end of the year! They said they wanted to get me something to show how much they appreciate me and all the things i do for them.

I can say this was one of the most meaningful Christmas gifts i got this year. It just re assures me that we are a company that is going in the right direction, with the right training, with the right team on board, and will continue to grow because of those things.

I can't wait for 2011, 2012 and so on! EasyPro is going to be a one of a kind brand in the future, not because of me but because of it's TEAM!
 
Nice.....goes to show great leadership will reap great rewards....way to go.....!!!!!

And making a one of a kind brand it is great goal...!!!!

No, that's awesome! My manager got my daughter a really nice gift... I just got to assemble it for Christmas...
I got him a name plaque for his desk. It's his desk, he bought it, so I put his name on it so no one would steel it!

Mine did not even call to see where they are working again. They already knew. One of my guys did bring us a gift basket. It was a nice thought, and only the second time someone has done something for us.
