Dave I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. I hope you have a Godspeed recovery from that. I'm happy to say that I am glad I've met you years ago at that Carolina RT. Before that from afar I respected and admired everything you've done in this industry. You were always ahead of the curve and your professionalism showed all thruout. To this day I have not seen a more organized set-up with your trucks anywhere. I tried the propane route but I just didnt set myself up right with that and I use to look at your equipment and wonder what was it that I was doing wrong.

In this business few people have impacted me when I was out there as a loan soldier trying to figure out how to make money in this industry as you have.

15 yrs ago you were the talk of the town with the way you went about your business. Also on the PWNA side of things when you were an executive officer there were guys who really appreciated what you were doing even though in that position its hard to see that with all the politics that goes with it.

Of all the business people I ever met I can honestly say that I never heard a bad thing about you. You were and still are a leader in this industry and even though your now moving on you have impacted some of us older timers like myself and I am for ever better off because of it.

Thanks for being there and also thanks for sharing so much on these bulletin boards back in the day.

I still remember our main conversation we had at that Roundtable about orgs especially the PWNA and I respect everything that you were telling me even though I had to find out for myself.

The question is would I do it again knowing all the strife that one can go through?? Yes if I can ever shake my "other job". I like to give back and also I like to hang with people such as yourself who are a lightning rod of knowledge in this industry. I put you in the same class with Robert Hinderliter, Larry Hinkley, Joe Walters, Michael Hinderliter, Daryl Mirza,Ron Musgraves,Doc Reisman, Paul Horsley, Tom Daughtery, Chris Detter, Pete Marentey,Beth and Rod,Scott Stone and just a couple of others who were on my mind alot when I was out there Powerwashing and wishing I could meet and greet these people who seemed so large in life on the newly formed bulletin boards back then.

Thanks for being there and thanks for making a difference in some peoples lives like you have in mind.

Best of luck in all you do and enjoy that Corvette if you still have it or better yet enjoy the rest of your life and yes you have made a difference....to me.

Thanks

I'm glad I met all of you guys

Good luck Dave, although I didn't have the pleasure of meeting you I have heard much about you and all your accomplishments in an industry that is not easy to thrive in !!

Best of luck to you Dave, I appreciate the conversations we have had about washing and overall business stuff. I will keep my ears open for anyone that may be interested in your business it will be a great opportunity for someone. I hope your health improves and you get to enjoy your 'retirement' in comfort.

I remember Dave taking the time to explain that rig to me when he had it at PWNA show. I didn't have a clue as to what he had going on but it was really cool. It was a long while ago but I know it had a big car engine that I think turned a huge generator that operated the industrial electric motors for the pumps. Oh yea, I think the burner was fueled LP gas. Like I said it was really cool and it was a great learning experience about thinking "outside the box". Thanks Dave, I hope you feel better soon. Tim
