Re-introduction

Not an introduction but a reintroduction of sorts.

About 8 months ago I went through some hard crap with a divorce and all and pretty much lost everything I had worked for. Went into a funk for a few months until I figured out what I was going to do. Sooooooo.

I closed up operations and moved out of state away from the trouble. You knew me operating as The Cleaning Doctor in Tennessee. Now I live in the beautiful state of Montana. Only problem is that it is 11 degrees out tonight and we still have snow on the ground. 4 months now with snow. I had to decide what I wanted to do so here is the reintroduction.

I am still going to do cleaning but I have backed that off to wood restoration and concrete sealing. Other than that there really is not enough around here to make it worth my time.

I operate here as Xtreme Property Maintenance

My passion has become the web though. I have started offering web design and seo work to companies. Most only need a little tweaking to jump up in the ranks while a few need a lot of work.:moil:

This I work as Xtreme SEO & Design My personal site for this is crap because I can't get the time to sit down and redo it.

I currently have 4 other sites that I own and you have seen most of them, look in the signature. All of them are at less than 900k on Alexa traffic rank and the oldest one is 4 months old.

I currently have a manufacturer under contract for SEO work and at the end of the first month things are looking good. They were around 700-800 for their ranking or did not rank in the top 1000 and are now in the top 1k or have risen up as high as 50. By the end of the 6 months they should be sitting good.

You have probably heard of black hat tactics? Well instead of using this to create your seo profile, I use it to find the best places to create valuable links back to you.... I can even tell you where your competitor is getting most of their ranking from. I only use white hat tactics to raise the rankings on targeted sites not blasting the web with links to you.

The main thing is that I have the tools and the time to complete these tasks faster and with more precision than most. For instance, how about a link on a .gov web site that is PR6 and auto approve? Or a link to your deck staining page from a pr4+ site that is all about wood restoration? How long would it take you to find those sites? The future is not about quantity of links any more but about the quality.

I dabble in graphics but not great at it. If there is no cartoon then I can usually come up with something decent.

I did create all the sites in my signature along with organiclawntips.com, loghomestainingtips.com, stonesealingtips.com (in progress) and I have created several sites for Veteran Power Wash in Louisville. Now he is all over the first 2 pages for deck staining and we are on to the next target. His main site is louisvillepowerwash.com

Some of the sites are feeders into others.

Now as for the Deck Staining and Concrete Sealing sites, If you do either of these I suggest that you get signed up. It is free but there are some searches locally where these sites are coming up at the top.

For instance

Concrete sealing company louisville
deck staining company houston

Find someone that has signed up on the find an applicator map and search their city and you will see what I mean.

I have attached a couple of logos that I made while screwing around.

Contact me if I can be of help. Web sites, simple logos, articles etc. If there is something that is more complicated I have people that I can also turn to. One way or another I can find someone to get it done for you.

I need to do this now so I can take time to go fishing in the summer...:sarcastic:

Great re-intro, FYI you can use the links in the thread so others can easily see you work.

A name in the signature might be a bit freindly, since most of here all know each other as you might already know.

Thanks Ron, name added

Here are the links to some of the sites I have put together. The first and third ones are static sites while the others are WordPress.

http://xtrememaintenance.com My site
http://horizonstainandseal.com 4 days after going live this site landed a $1200 cultured stone sealing job.
http://www.louisvillepowerwash.com
