    Thanks Doug Rucker!

Just got back from my rookie camp in Houston with Doug Rucker and couldn't be happier. I learned in a weekend tricks of the trade that I am sure took many years to figure out. The course was worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone just starting out in the business.

Also thanks Doug for all of your hospitality. I gained 5 pounds this weekend eating all the great food you served us.

I think I can safely speak for all that were in attendence that we are extremely grateful for all of your selfless support. You should take great satisfaction in knowing that you have made a great difference in the lives of those you touched this weekend

    Thanks Doug Rucker

I would like to echo what Mike said about Doug's Rookie Camp. I just got back in but couldn't wait to let everyone know how pleased and happy I was for the the opportunity.

I am sure many would have appreciated such a camp when they were starting out. It was invaluable to me in learning not only essential basics, but also in helping to build confidence and a support system.

Thanks Doug for giving us a roadmap for success, your hospitality, and support. I was expecting to get a lot out of it, but you exceeded our expectations.

Of course it was worth the price of admission just for Doug's chili.

    Doug Rucker's class

I honestly think that Doug's class has shown me a new direction. He covered everything from equipment to technique and everything in between(and my personal favorite ...how to be more efficient and have greater workspeed so you can get more jobs in or just go home earlier). He gave us marketing advice, what he uses, how he uses it and when to do it. He even had celebrity guest speakers, someone correct me if I'm wrong since I was late, but I believe Ron called in as well as Steve Stephens. Speaking of my being late and having to leave early, Doug knew that I would have to wait until after 2pm to leave San Antonio so I was going to be several hours late getting there and would have to leave early on Sunday to make it back in San Antonio to get to work for that evening, he never once commented or raised an eyebrow to me disrupting his class and the schedule he had made. He sent us home with everything we would need to start our path to success from the class room materials and a list of vendors that he regularly uses to hands on practical training and tips. The cost was minimal by anyone's standards and you will have so many "Ah Ha" moments it will be worth every dime. Doug is a true example of the genuine kindness you can find in this industry and the people on this board.

    Doug sincerely thank you,
    Jason

English is not my first language, I can't express how I appreciate that Doug spend his time to teach us his 30 years experience in a weekend. This is a every penny worth class. I learned and got lots of information that it might take me years to find out. Doug is a very helpful and knowledge person, I strongly suggest anyone who new in this business if you need a rookie training class, call Doug.

If you read a lot of the posts it will seem like English is not the first language for many of the contractors. (including myself sometimes)
