You're kidding Right????? Not sure why people have to call about anything over 3000 sq. ft. just put $150-$200. Stick to "Lawn Care" you have no idea what you're doing. You're "Whoring Out" an Industry I belong to......Thanks!

i'll maintain a dignified silence, except to say, when you discover how your business model eventually works out, i'll be happy to help.

beyond that, i don't think mike nor matthew nor i are worried too much about losing customers. maybe tommy... http://savannah.craigslist.org/hss/2283302560.html

Mike V. at All American in Savannah will likely be buying the assets of this guy in a year...just like he has done many time before. Heck, those are even cheaper prices than some of the hacks here in Florida!

So this doesn't happen to you and I buy some of your equipment ;), let me tell you guys a little about that price. I didn't just wake up and come up with these prices. Of course if I could only do one or two a day or had to make payments like most of you, it would not be worth my time. When I'm doing a minimum of 5 a day on a bad day with one truck, water, 1/4 tank of gas and some chems that is where the difference comes in. So why you guys are riding around giving estimates my trucks don't move unless they are working and I have 7 of them, on an average these trucks clear around $200 each per day (only 5 currently running, so if you are in need of a quick lesson I will send them your way). Trust me we have been at it over a year it is to easy.

Of course this takes money to do and get setup (you need a minimum of 50k cash) I did it with a little over 100k

Usually one truck will leave prepared to do 10 lawns and 2 pressure washings, all on a single route.

The box van you see with no ads (can't take it off the road long enough) plus not sure what city she will finally call home, which is why most of the actual vehicles don't have ads. But she is the pressure washing beast, with the correct planned route two man crew she can go through about ten houses before reloading.

If you would like, you guys who are in Georgia, South Carolina, or Florida. I will give you the opportunity to buy some of my equipment when I reach that town. Let me know what town you are in and I will let you know when we are scheduled to make it their. Brunswick, Georgia within the next 45 days. Thanks and enjoy

I know some of you are wondering what kind of equipment:
Hotsy hot/cold pressure washer (I bought from my good friend Mike) 3500psi
Hotsy hot/cold pressure washer 4000psi
Landa Cold Pressure Washer 4000psi (on one of the lawn routes)
Dewalt Cold Pressure Washer 4000psi (on one of the lawn routes) my guys love this one, I'm surprised
Chevy 1500 (my truck has my laptop setup/my mobile office)
Chevy 2500 (gas)
Chevy 2500 (diesel)
Chevy 3500 (box truck)
Chevy 3500 (box truck
Chevy 2500 (dump truck) she only come to play mostly on landscaping, but is a backup to pull a pressure washer if needed
Chevy 2500 (Pickup) my truck, but also runs the advertisements

Just some of the equipment, no need to list the others not really used for pressure washing, but thanks for being concerned.

Think about it!!!!

There will be a guy starting up this same model in your area next year so be prepared.

Nice site JL. I'm from NC, but we want be down there until next year so have a great year.
WTF are you kidding. Talk to real pressure washing companies and find out the right rates. you are charging a 1/2 of what even most hacks charge
Please rethink what you are doing or get out of the PW business. You can't be making crap on washing
