I got this from a link earlier in this thread......it's just kinda funny to me :)

This is from a site showing prices we never dreamed of offering (even after a Groupon deal!)
 
I actually was checking my local google rankings and saw some action glad I did, lol. Walmart did it, so if they are not worried we will just call you a mom and pops.

Oh and about the business model. I just came up with one, okay what I figured is at this price the little guy can't survive he will not be able to do enough houses after his day at work or weekend. So with this I'm actually helping keeping these guys from thinking they can go and buy $1000 pressure washing and it be better than a part time job. The big guy can't survive he is already too big to much over head, probably has a couple of loans and plus his pride want let what he thought was a little guy effect his prices (so he hold on to the words quality until the little guy releases pictures and videos by then its to late). That is all I have come up with so far I'm still working on it, so we will see
 
Yeah he was actually talking about me and I went to work on him. He wasn't talking about pressure washing it was lawn that is why I released the video. LOL

Yeah we have use to have these wars on craigslist, that was all it was about I tore his pictures and website apart. You know picture can be deceiving especially his entry picture (brand new house look at the sod you can still see the lines). Also he was offering a special which was higher then his regular price so I worked on that a little until I got a phone call asking me to stop, and that he had made a mistake. I actually have gotten a few of these calls over the past year, they start then they ask me to stop. Don't really understand (Right click these guys in Savannah site pictures save them to your hard drive then zoom in you will be amazed at what they are doing). Even the ones you think has it together are photoshoping and that works for customers and I let it slide until they try to beat around my bush.

No I will not be in Fayetteville, not anytime this year I will let you know if that changes thanks for the offer.

But I have a question why don't you have a .com website and why are you working as owner operator. Fix this before next year and make for some good competition for my partner

JL is the only company that has made a remark that I would be impressed with. Good work JL Pressurewashing. To all the rest enjoy until next time thanks again like I said this is good for entertaining hopefully none of you hard working guys got offended. All in good competition plus if you are doing a good job don't worry about my prices customers hate to leave a company they have been doing business with (unless its so low and then one person builds up the nerves to try it and spreads the word about how its better than the company they have been paying $300, that word spreads like a fire). Hope all of you have a great season.
