Well said Chris! You can't squirt chlorine on grease, and expect it to clean w/o using some pressure.

We developed Terra Wash for oil and grease as well as dust and soiling that standard soft wash chems wont cut.

I know this is an old post...but will it work on a 4GPM 3500 cold water setup with a 13HP Honda?

I know this is an older post however, here's my 2 cents. I, like a lot of other folks, carry both press. wash and roof rigs on the same trailer. Once on site, I decide which method will be safest, Most efficient, and quickest for the task at hand. I do "NOT" pressure wash a roof however, I will use the roof rig for siding in certain situations. Since 99.9% of my work is residential and every home is different, I simply choose which method will be best. It's nice having either option!

Hey Doug. How is that Water dragon holding up? Saw some posts that people were having problems. I am about to get a flatbed, and really want one. Just don't want chlorine spraying all over the place.

As long it is primed correctly there are no issues. The problems people have had, including myself, have been user error. IMO

So being new to the business, I was guessing that softwash was a type of chemical being used to wash roofs, now I read that it is a no pressure form of washing? So if that is the case, what chemical do most use to wash roofs at low pressure?

Both systems have their uses. We have a lot of colorbond roofing down here. It's power coated baked enamel on tin and it hard as a rock. We use rotary cleaners on it and fly though it.
We also have many brick houses so we find a quick soft wash for the eaves and then power on the brick works fine.
We downstream with fan sprays etc using the same 5000 psi hose. It's easy just to swap the wands that way.
    Cheers,
