Powdered Bleach Review Roof Cleaning Products

I feel the disclosure is a bit late.

I tested this myself years ago with the same results, customer would be unhappy with residue, that is when I came to PWI in search of answers and here is where I found them.

IMHO its just not good business to remarket something and NOT tell potential buyers what type of results to expect.

If it was disclosed I dont see it anywhere. I watched the videos and only saw the benifits presented, reminds me of the old tonic salespeople!

Ok let me get this right.... you buy the product from Delux that we now know can be purchaes at any pool supply much cheaper. Then you have to buy the green wash(I have to find the MSDS to see what it is) and now you could be forced to acid wash to get rid of white residue.

KInd of sounds like an EPIC FAIL

YA THINK?

Heres your sign folks!

AC,..did you ever mention to the potential buyers about the hazing issue? Did you mention it to Doug Rucker when you talked to him on the phone when you were giving him mixing instructions?
Jeff

Jeff,

I did have a conversation with Doug about the chalking and hazing the night before he used the product. The product has use instructions on the label. We are investigating why this product has such a residue. It was not supposed to. (Delux is working with the supplier right now to see what can be adjusted.)

The green wash does help with the hazing and I have had little issue since I have used the product more and more and grow accustomed to it over SH.

Delux, The Hinderliters and Myself strive to do things with excellence. We are striving to give Doug the best service as he deserves. Mike will report back to me his findings when he gets down to Houston and remedies the issues.

Jeff, I have noticed that you have been on board and really as hopeful as we on the success of all of this. We will get the bugs worked out and I am hoping you above all else will benefit from the resulting successes.

Thanks!

AC

Aw Hell Squirt Gun, what's a little extra work. In Texas, they have the "Texas Two Step", but now them Texas Boys have invented a new 'cleaning technology' called the "Texas Three Step"

It is said "Don't mess with Texas" or them Cowboys will leave a film on your roof, and brand your home with a white film like a Steer, LOL

Hey, just trying to have a little humor here. Delux will make it right. In the meantime, enjoy the video!

AC, you NEVER mentioned any "chalking and hazing" on RCIA when you peddled that obviously untested stuff to our members. I am beating up on myself for not being more inquisitive as to what was in the bleach powder. I never dreamed you would simply repackage and relabel common Calcium Hypochlorite to our members! Then, to add insult to Injury, I do not see either YOU or Michael Hinderliter addressing our members concerns!
RCIA was where Doug Rucker posted the Original thread. What about all the RCIA members and visitors who bought this stuff, do they not deserve an explanation, and perhaps an apology ?

Why not just "Man Up" AC, and admit you messed up trying to peddle this stuff ? Instead I see you trying to cast blame on your suppliers, WTF is your "quality control" all about ?

I do not blame the good people at Delux, they trusted you. It is my opinion you need to accept the blame for your mistake in Judgment.
Hey, I have messed up before, and admitted I was wrong. We all have. Time to Man Up, IMHO.

I was out at a place called "Big Texas" last night and by 1am was doing the Texas 3 step, just not on purpose!!

Great, you finally see how you can be held responsible for problems related to the members. Cool

I APOLOGIZE to EVERY RCIA Member and Guest who may have bought this stuff. I have failed you ALL for not being more inquisitive what kind of shit was being sold on my Forum. Please forgive me!

I'm happy to see that your taking a responsible stance for things that happen on your BBS.

Finally maybe your BOD will understand that everything that happens on your BBS will ultimately fall on your shoulders.

Chris, I'm just happy you see how things could fall on your door step if your not careful.

I'm confident that the RCIA will work with Delux as an associate and get the problem resolved professionally.

Delux as you say stands behind anything they do.

I think with any new products procedures need to be in place.
Absolutely ! Doug Rucker called me a short while ago, but had to go because Michael Hinderliter of Delux arrived to help him with the problem he was having. I think that says a lot about the Integrity of our friends at Delux, that the owner himself went to help a customer with a problem!
As a concerned person with a little knowledge of Calcium Hypochlorite's pitfalls, I would urge our friends at Delux to pull this stuff off the market. I have heard of two OTHER reports of this same type of situation occuring.
Getting that nasty film off a roof or a plastic garbage can with Acid is one thing, but plants are just not gonna appreciate an Acid Bath.

Yes, a Fish stinks from the head down Ron. Ultimately, the Buck stops here.
