You need to note the date on that list. It is about 7 years old. Things have changed. Also note that Phoenix is a major market, with lots of people that feel like they are competition. Some of them are good, most are not, but they still manage to be involved in setting pricing.

    Ya Ron,

Those seem to be pretty good numbers for around here, because I'm starting to land more jobs since I lowered by prices a bit. I "think" that I'm still averaging about $100/hr. on most jobs.

In time, the average should go up as I gain more experience in setting up in the right spots, so I don't have to move as much.

Some jobs, I still have to toss in an occasional dumpster pad to get a signature. Often, I will do windows for next to nothing as well, because it costs nothing but some time.

Does that make me a lowballer?

You dang low baller lol --- We have picked up over 20 locations this year with across the board pricing. I will say concrete cleaning is its own separate business.

My advice is to always be willing to raise your prices. I have had several businesses over the last 25 years and I am proud to say that I was almost always the most expensive. Some people may say that is crazy, but I am not running a Walmart...I am running a Macy's. You get what you pay for.

I have one for residential and for comm flat work.

We are hiring another girl in the office come June that will help with admin, do ALL residential (non-VIP) estimates, and do cold calling. I will strictly handle VIP clients.

People the picelist is old, it's and example.

Some here want to talk about having and training sales people. Well you can't train people without a baseline. Are pricelist set in stone? No

    Macy's has a pricelist ... Lol

If your price list is high thats ok, it will make that door to door a bit easier.

I used to track customers when I first started too, thats the way it is. I like now they have a price list and order service just like when you go to a place to eat. You pick up the menu and order.
