I am having problems with tagging my blogs. It sas we are allowed only 5 tags separated by a comma. I enter 5 tag words all separated by a comma, no space, and and after clicking submit, I am told I have an error and that I have excedded the number of allowable tag words by 3, then I reduce the number of keywords by 3, leaving me with only 2 tag words, hit sub,it and now I ahve exceeded by 2 the number of allowable tag words.

It also tells me sometimes I have to many ICONS which I never use and I have to go in and delete all theses icons that I never put in.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.
 
I just did another blog for the heck of it just to see. I actually added 6 tags and it worked fine. Hmmm?

Went back in and added a few more. Now its up to 10 tags and all of them took.

Yeah, I have noticed some have been abe to add 6 even 7 tags. Me only two. Don;t really understand why we are even limited to 5. PWN, TGS and others allow 25

Maybe your holding your mouth wrong when you do it. Pucker your lips and hold them off to the side, lean your body to the left and only type with your left thumb. Try it and get back to us and see if it works. Hahaha!
 
This is serious stuff Larry...I don;t appreciate your antics...or your tricks...i leaned to the left and fell off the chair forcing my thumb up my *#%. Not funny.
 
Its takes longer than 24 hours around here, wait a week before you check again. Staff isnt going jump brother, they are all volinteer. I'm just wondering if is your browser, did you change that recently.

Is anyone else having trouble besides Doug?

I have made no changes to blog controls. How long has this been happening?
 
The maximum tags that an author can add was 5. I have changed it to 10.

Everything appears to be set correctly.

You need to get a real office chair with arms and get rid of the stool. Hahaha!

Grant, thanks so much for checking into this. I blogged again this morning and it still only allows me 2 tags. This also happens to me on TGS. However after I post the blog on PWI and TGS I can then edit the tags and add the number allowed, 5 on TGS 10 on PWI. So, it must be something on my computer. I did get a new lap top a couple weeks ago. Any advice on how to correct this from my end. Operating System is Vista.

Change browser and see if that helps.
