IMO Move the tree to the left, and put a roof under it. Looks like a landscape company at first glance, also maybe color the font on the words "soft wash roof & exterior cleaning". I always think that what you do should stand out more than who you are. But that's just me. It's the old saying, no one cares who you are until they know what you can do for them.

Why not something a little more original. Make a play on old hickory, and get a profile of Andrew Jackson. Go the solid dependable route.

change the name

nothing in this logo looks like youre a cleaning co.

When you shrink it down for business cards, etc., the softwash part is going to be awfully small. I think the tree overwhelms the design. If you want to keep it, I'd make it a minor aspect, not the main attraction.
I think the name is fine if that's what they want.

My logo doesnt either, niether does apples or many others. Just needs to be eye catching.

The tree is too generic and the red outlined letters are very hard to read. Dont know what needs to be done, but thats my observation.

nice place stayed there for a week last year.
