We're working on a lot of white rubber roofs that tend to get marked up with the hose. It's not a big deal, but if I'm going to switch hose types I'd like to at least try to get my "dream" hose.
I need the thinnest lightest hose possible for our application.
We do use heat up to about 180 degrees.
We never exceed 2600 psi. Rarely is our hose exposed to being run over by cars.
We do slide the hose over asphalt roofing A LOT and we do pull it over rooftop ledges (usually with a pad or roller to help it slide better)
We rarely pop hose except at the ends. We use hose now till it gets down the the bare metal in numerous places and only change it when the metal frays and could possibly damage the rubber roofs.
Ideally I'd like to fit 350-500 feet on a hose reel designed to carry 300 ft of standard 3/8 inch hose
I'd like the slickest cover possible.
If I could get hose that fits all that criteria in 1/2 inch I'd be so happy I'd dress up in a dress and do a jig on youtube.
Any ideas?
