I will be meeting with both the new GM and DM of a local restaurant chain today to discuss this...

We've only been doing this location for a month now, and believe it or not it's alot cleaner than when we started.

Is this rust from the Iron in the brick that is "bleeding" into the concrete, and if so what could be used that won't discolor the brick?

We could lose several other stores at this meeting, and I could really use some help on this one!
:bow-down:

Call Mike at Eaco Chem 800.313.8505 and email him the pics. Pretty sure One Restore will take care of that rust. You just want to make sure you wet the brick and concrete before applying. Mike will be able to help you a lot once he sees the pics.

Curious as to how some of those stains are "brick" when there is no brick nearby. More likely from the rebar that is in the crete. OneRestore may help but GS Restoration has oxalic in the blend - may do well......or, go try the Iron Out.
