Below is the response I got from the PWNA requesting a refund. Maybe a BBB complaint warning others that you will not get what you pay for by joining them.

Subject: Request of Cancellation with Refund!

I'm writing to inform you of my request to terminate my membership effective immediately.

It is my goal to disassossicaite my company from recent actions by Mike Hiborn and the Board of Directors.

Money for Dues were to be used to benefit the members not to investigate other individuals/companies.

I'm requesting a refund in the amount of 187.51.

Member Duration Remaining: 9 Months
Total Dues Paid: $250.00
-3 Months Used: $62.49
= $187.51

P.S. Your membership logos will be removed from all property belongings within 24 hours.

Sincerely,

I think I still might have that sticker in the trash.

of course they dont offer refunds! you know how much it is to have someone investigated?!? Maybe if you would have sent the sticker back, they might have gave you something!

I agree with you, we have built orgs that really mean nothing.

Just what if the org was everything and could be everything?

Hey I want to build something you want to Join not force you.

No more orgs for me!

I can come to the board anytime I want drama and if it gets to where I need even better drama I will just stop by my mother in laws beauty shop!

Sorry it just how I feel?

Bottom line is you all need to LOOK hard at WCRA. Those guys have it done it perfectly - members recognize benefits IMMEDIATELY - and they (Chris & Alex) have a way of making you WANT to deal with them. I have been asked by both national orgs to help on several different occasions and in different capacities ------ NEVER again would I do anything for either. With WCRA, I wouldn't hesitate to help on something. Pressure Washers could take a serious lesson.

WCRA is the only organization that I would think about joining because it immediately benefits me financially. Plus, I know the people involved and don't have to worry about sinister cabals and their hidden agendas.
It's about money, and so am I- good fit!

To the Window washing guys how is the IWCA doing. Back in my PWNA days we had two ex presidents serve on the PWNA board. They were Kenny Cohn and the one and only Jim Grady. Jim was one of the best all around guys I ever met in this industry. Just a pure natural leader. Can't say enough nice things about him.... He has a nice website to and is pretty large in the NY area. http://www.tristatehighriseservices.com/index.html
