cedar sided house wash

I just found this thread. Great info. I have 15 cedar sided condos to bid on. They are 75' by 105' 2 story. They are on the Eastern Shore in Virginia across the Bay Bridge Tunnel. Is there anyone that wants to work on this with us. We have done lots of decks but few houses and I might not have the manpower to do it myself.
