Getting into roof cleaning need suggestions please

Sounds like the house farm area. Lots of money over there. I just talked to another roof cleaner in my area. Nice guy, but he said he only charges about $375 for washing tile roofs on big houses in gated communities. That includes washing with bleach and TSP, rinsing, washing with second coat, then rinsing again. All that with a little Sureflow pump. Sounds like it would take all day!

*Horse farm not house farm. I wish we could edit our posts. It bothers me when I see a typo!

That is total and complete stupidity! We just got 1500.00 for that tile roof alone Josh.

Wow. Did you do that with the 30% bleach, 70% water, and Gain mix, or do you use something stronger for cleaning tile? I've only had one tile roof job, but I used the original applesauce recipe.

ANY liquid surfactant (but not TSP) makes some roof tiles very slippery, so, we just used the 30 percent AppleSauce mix, because this roof had glazed tiles.
Liquid Gain is great, on cement and clay tiles, but for the shiny Glazed Tile Roofs, it makes them so slippery, your feet can go right out from under you, with little to No Warning!
