Certification will be taught by AC Lockyer who started the chemical
roof cleaning industry back in 1991 when he invented the Mallard
System. This system launched what would be later called soft washing
and the preferred method of cleaning roofs nationwide.<br>

At it's height AC's company
Mallard Systems had 3 branches in the state of Florida and grossed
nearly $5 Million dollars a year. By 1993 Mallard Systems had
cleaned in excess of 50,000 roofs with their soft wash method. AC
then left to start TerraClean a commercial based soft washing
company that had major clients like Walt Disney World, Universal
Studios, Florida Hospital, University of Florida, Florida DOT as
well as many Apartment & Condo Property Management Companies.<br>

While
the owner of these companies AC garnished two Florida 100 Awards
('99 & '00) for the top 100 fastest growing, privately held
companies in the state of Florida. AC also earned the Central
Florida, Up & Comers Award, for being one of the top 20 business
professionals under the age of 40, in the Central Florida market.</font></font></p></td>
