Here are some pic's from a Central Florida Contractor that used the BT200 to clean up a long 600' x 2' hydraulic oil spill in a neighborhood. This contractor was extremenly pleased with how effective the BT200 worked as well as how safe the products is to use. It is Certified GREEN and contains no dangerous chemicals.

Can the pictures be posted larger? Kind of hard to see the results.

Thanks Doug.

Bryan I am not exactly sure. I know it was at least a couple weeks, because the contractor called me for a price on a 5 gallon pail, he had to get his bid in, get bid accepted and then me ship it. I would say no lnger than 2-3 weeks. Plus he had to get another pail a week or so later. Hydraulic Fluid can be really tough depending on how old the fluid is in the equipment.

Those are some good before/after pictures.

How long were the after pictures taken after the cleanup and application were done?

Thanks Doug.

Here are a couple pic's from cleaning Tile and Grout in a busy restaraunt the other day. BT200 can also be used for Tile and Grout cleaning and will return the tile and grout to it's origional color and beauty within minutes. On this demo I simplyh applied at 4 ounces to a gallon of water, agitated with a stiff brush and mopped it up.

Looks good! Can you tell us the delution and application for such results?

4 ounces to a gallon of water. Apply with a mop about 1/4 inch thick. For best results, leave 1/4 " of solution on tiles & grout for at least 20 minutes before brushing - you'll get the grout to clean up nicely and the client will probably want the job done when they see the results + plus it will keep on cleaning overnite. Use only a soft brush - you don't want to wear away the sometimes already damaged grout. For this demo I used a stiffer bristled brush.

We have a couple different products that will achieve these results dependning on what type of restaraunt (greasy floor or if it's just a dirty floor from foot traffic, or if it is a residential home, etc)

Well I used BT200 for the first time last week......... It WASN`T any better then the stuff I get for $5.00 per gal. SO WHY DID I PAY $60.00 A gal??? Oh well it`s not the 1st time someone said they had a great product!!!
